1. What we collect

The application form on this site collects: your name, email address, phone (optional), the timeline you've chosen, your gender and color preferences (optional), a description of your home, and the message you write to us. You provide all of this information voluntarily by submitting the form.

The newsletter sign-up on our homepage collects your email address only. You provide it voluntarily by submitting the form.

Beyond the strictly necessary cookies needed to operate the site, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic (pages visited, referrer, approximate location). It loads only after you accept via our cookie banner. We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal information.

2. How we use it

The application data goes directly to our inbox. We use it to evaluate fit, reply to your inquiry, and discuss potential placement. We do not sell, rent, or share applicant information with third parties.

If you join the newsletter, we use your email to send litter announcements and kennel updates, and to deliver the Revival Raw welcome offer. Revival Raw is our sister brand, run by the same family, and may also email you. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. How long we keep it

We keep applications as long as we're actively considering you for placement, and for our own records of who we've spoken with. You can request deletion at any time by emailing the address above.

4. Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA — to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing (not applicable as we do not sell or share personal information), and non-discrimination. Email support@donatocanecorso.com with your request. We respond within 45 days.

5. Third parties

The application form on this site is submitted through Formspree, which acts as a processor on our behalf. Newsletter sign-ups are stored in private storage on Vercel, and our emails are delivered through our email service provider (Google Workspace or Resend). The site is hosted on Vercel. Email reaches us through Google Workspace. These vendors handle the data only to deliver the service and follow their own privacy policies.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS and a strict Content Security Policy. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted here.
